Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days after fulfillment.

We ship worldwide from our U.S. and European fulfillment centers.

Both cities you chose are connected with a geographically accurate route personally drawn by a designer and your name inicials appear on the heart-pins!

The miles are calculated based on the distance and appear automatically on the front, you don´t have to do anything for them to appear :) Don´t worry if you don´t see this on the preview, it is designed after you´ve ordered :)

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll make it up to you! As these are individually made products, please be sure to review your order to help us make it perfect!

We have a size guide available, but a rule of thumb is: T-Shirts are more oversized (and longer) and hoodies are more of a snug fit so adapt your size based on that :)

As soon as your products are designed, we will send the order for shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you can expect 3-10 business days :)

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
